Venue staff use the built-in scanner in the dashboard to check fans in. There's also a POS-friendly stamp QR code mode that can be printed and placed at the counter — fans scan it themselves when ordering.
Yes — completely. You set the reward description (e.g. "Free house pour", "10% off your next tab", "Priority entry") and the number of stamps required to earn it. You can update this any time in your venue settings.
