Yes. Artists pay nothing, ever. This isn't a trial or introductory offer — it's our founding principle. We believe the platform can only work if artists participate freely, so we monetise through venues instead.

No. The booking marketplace is purely a connection tool. Payment between venues and artists happens directly — For Sure doesn't process or take any cut of booking fees.

When an artist sells merch through their For Sure store, we take 2.5% to cover Stripe Connect processing and platform costs. This only applies to physical merch sales, not tips (0%) or bookings (0%).

Yes — a valid payment method is required to start the venue subscription flow, but you won't be charged during the 14-day trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and will not be billed.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the self-service billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Your venue profile remains visible, but stamp cards are deactivated — fans can no longer earn stamps until you resubscribe. Your data is preserved and reactivation restores everything.
