Data Deletion Instructions

For Sure Entertainment Pty Ltd (ACN 699 258 421) is committed to your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we hold and how to request its removal.

This page satisfies data deletion instruction requirements for Meta (Facebook/Instagram Login), Apple, and Google platform integrations.

What data we hold

When you create a For Sure account, we may store the following personal data:

Your name and email address
Profile photo (if uploaded)
Date of birth and home state (optional, for personalisation)
Social login identifiers (e.g. Google account ID) — we never store your social media passwords
Check-in history, stamp card progress, and loyalty rewards earned
Gig attendance records and reviews you have posted
Push notification tokens (device-level, for gig alerts)
Approximate location (if you have granted permission, stored as latitude/longitude)
Stripe Connect details (for artists who receive tips or sell merch — held by Stripe, not For Sure)

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your data is through the app itself:

Open the For Sure app and sign in
Go to Profile → Settings → Account
Tap Delete account and confirm

Your account, profile, check-in history, stamp cards, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your For Sure account in your request. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account record and all profile information
Check-in history and stamp card progress
Posts, comments, and reviews you have made
Notification tokens and location data
Follow relationships and referral records

Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records under Australian tax law). Anonymised, non-identifying analytics data may also be retained.

Third-party data

If you signed in using Google, your Google account data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Deleting your For Sure account does not delete your Google account.

If you connected Stripe for payments, your Stripe account data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Contact Stripe directly to request deletion of payment data.
